It is the most relaxed format on the board, and the one that asks for the most planning. Overnights are always on request, confirmed on WhatsApp, and a little extra notice makes all the difference to who is available.

How an overnight is structured
Most overnights begin in the early or middle part of the evening. Your companion arrives at your hotel or meets you for dinner, and from there the night finds its own pace: a meal, a drink somewhere with a view, a film in the room or a late talk over a glass of wine.
Everyone needs sleep, companions included, so a proper night's rest is part of the plan. In the morning you share breakfast, in the room or downstairs, before she leaves at the agreed time. Start and finish are fixed in the chat beforehand, so both of you know the timetable from the outset.

Planning ahead
Because an overnight takes her whole evening and the following morning, availability is tighter than for an hour or two. Message as early as you can, ideally a day or more ahead, and give us your hotel, your preferred start time and the time you need to be up. Weekends and big event nights in the city fill quickly, while Sunday to Thursday is generally easier to arrange. If your first pick is already committed, the coordinator will suggest a close match rather than leave you empty-handed. The price is on request and set out on WhatsApp before anything is locked in.

A comfortable room is the real venue, so stay somewhere you enjoy waking up. The grand streets and quiet side roads of Oud-Zuid make for a peaceful night and a morning stroll in the Vondelpark. In Amsterdam Oost, docklands stays open their curtains onto wide views over the IJ. And if your trip ends with a flight, an overnight close to Schiphol lets the morning run without a dash to the terminal. Wherever you stay, a proper breakfast and the option of a late check-out turn a good night into a slow, easy morning.

Overnights on a work trip
Plenty of overnights happen midweek, right in the middle of a business trip. The appeal is obvious: an evening that has nothing to do with slides or spreadsheets, and a morning that starts with good company instead of an alarm and an empty room. If your hotel is in Zuidas or close to the RAI, tell us when your first meeting begins, and the booking will finish with a generous margin for a shower, a coffee and a clear head before you walk into the office.

As early as possible. A day or more ahead gives the widest choice, especially at weekends. Same-day requests sometimes work too, depending on who is available that evening.

Typically from early or mid evening until mid-morning, but the exact times are yours to propose. They are fixed in the WhatsApp chat before the booking is confirmed.
Q.03Can an overnight include dinner out?
Yes, many do. Dinner first, then back to your hotel for the rest of the night. Mention the restaurant and the time when you book so her arrival can be planned around it.
Q.04What does an overnight cost?
Overnights are priced on request. For reference, standard bookings run from €180 per hour, and the overnight figure comes to you on WhatsApp before you say yes.
Q.05What if I need to leave early in the morning?
The booking ends at the time agreed in the chat. If your plans change and you have to head out sooner, simply tell her, and the morning wraps up whenever you are ready.
