Terms and Conditions: The Rules of the Game
These terms cover every TOP Escorts Amsterdam booking; arranging one means accepting this page's version.
Sec. 01
Adults 21 and over
Adults aged 21 or older only, companions and clients alike; we may decline any booking where age is in doubt.
Sec. 02
Companionship only
We provide companionship: time, conversation and company at an agreed place, for an agreed period. The rate pays for that alone; nothing else is offered or implied, and a request beyond companionship ends the booking.
Sec. 03
Playing fair
Clients keep it clean: courteous from the first message, on time, sober enough to enjoy her company. Aggression, pressure, illegal substances, or photos and recordings of her without a clear yes are straight red cards. She can walk off at that moment if she feels unsafe or disrespected; the fee stands and the deposit is kept.
Sec. 04
Confirmation and deposit
Sanne states in the chat: companion, date, kick-off, length, hotel or private address, total, any deposit. Your written yes confirms it; with a deposit asked, its arrival does. Before that: nothing booked, nothing owed. After: the fixture is final, the slot yours alone.
A deposit is Sanne's call, fixture by fixture; sum and method come in the chat, never here. An advance: off your total, the rest settled on arrival. Cancel and it is never returned as money; it meets the charge or becomes the credit below.
Sec. 05
Cancellation charges: short bookings
Cancel by message in the booking chat; a confirmed fixture is final, so cancelling is charged: a share of the fee for the hours reserved, by the windows below. Short fixtures, one to three hours, counted back from kick-off. Beyond 48 hours out: no charge; your deposit becomes a credit valid 12 months, one use, any name on the lineup, never transferred or cashed out (nothing paid: nothing due, a deposit next time). 48 down to 24 hours out: 50%, half the agreed fee. Inside the last 24 hours, or a no-show: 100%, the whole fee. Confirm inside a window and that window applies from your yes: a same-day fixture sits at 100% from confirmation. Savings on our side, travel not made say, come off a 100% charge; nothing more is owed.
Worked example: two hours at €380, €190 paid as deposit. Call it off 30 hours before kick-off: half is charged, €190, which your deposit settles in full. Call it off 6 hours before, or leave her at a closed door: all €380 falls due, we keep the €190 and bill the other €190. Call it off four days out: no charge, your €190 turns into the 12-month credit.
Sec. 06
Cancellation charges: long formats
Overnights, dinner dates, duos and couples, extended or multi-day stays, travel and events play to a longer clock: over 7 days before kick-off, no charge and the deposit becomes that same credit; 7 days down to 72 hours, 50%; inside the last 72 hours, or a no-show, 100%. For short and long fixtures alike, at 50% and 100% we keep the deposit against the charge and invoice anything above it, due within 14 days.
Sec. 07
No-shows
A no-show: not at the address 30 minutes after kick-off, or unreachable on your booking number by then; a wrong or blocked address; or she is sent away at your door for a reason not ours (see when we cancel). Scored at 100%: deposit kept, rest invoiced.
Sec. 08
Moves, extensions, ending early
One switch of date or time is possible, Sanne's call, asked before she has left, if her diary allows; deposit and rules move to the new slot. No new slot? The original fixture stands, tiers included. Extra time: same rate, arranged in the chat. Leave early and the fee stays the fee.
Sec. 09
When she calls time
She can end or refuse a booking when a client is clearly drunk, abusive or threatening, gave a false name or address, refuses ID while his age is in question, brings unannounced company, or asks for anything beyond companionship. Your cancellation at 100%: fee due, deposit kept.
Sec. 10
When we cancel
Cancellation ours, or the companion you confirmed cannot come for a reason on our side? You pick: another date, another name from the lineup at the same price, or all you paid back within 14 days. A stand-in is offered, never imposed; refuse her and the refund is full. Force majeure? Same choice.
Sec. 11
Photos and the blur
Every face is blurred, for the companions' privacy. Before publication the office compares each set with her in person; the companion Sanne confirms in the chat is the one at your door, figure, hair, styling and presentation as pictured. No face on show means nobody can settle 'not the woman in the photos' on a doorstep: no ground to cancel, no refund, no credit; sending her away scores as a no-show.
Sec. 12
No right of withdrawal
A booking is a leisure service with a fixed date and time; article 6:230p, sub e, of the Dutch Civil Code (article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU) rules out the 14-day right of withdrawal for exactly that.
Sec. 13
Law
Dutch law is the rulebook for these terms and every fixture booked here. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any protection under mandatory rules of law.
Sec. 14
Records and misuse
The chat where you accepted the fixture and these terms, and the record of any deposit paid, stay on file only while the fixture, its charge or credit, a dispute or bookkeeping law need them, then deleted. We never store ID copies. False identities, payment details that are not yours, and threats or violence towards a companion: the police and the payment provider may hear of it, and future bookings may be turned down.
Sec. 15
Location
Bookings take place at the hotel or private address you give, which must be accurate and reachable; we may decline an unsafe or unsuitable one.
