Terms and Conditions: The Rules of theGame
Good fixtures need clear rules. These terms apply to every booking made with TOP Escorts Amsterdam. By contacting us to arrange a booking, you confirm that you have read and accept them.
Sec. 01
Adults aged 21 and over
Our services are for adults aged 21 or older. Every companion on the lineup is 21 or older, and every client must be too. We may decline any booking where there is doubt about age.
Sec. 02
Companionship only
TOP Escorts Amsterdam provides companionship: time, conversation and company at an agreed place, for an agreed period. The rate is paid for that time and company alone. Nothing else is offered, promised or implied, and a request that goes beyond companionship may end the booking.
Sec. 03
Bookings and pricing
All bookings are arranged through WhatsApp. Companionship starts from €180 per hour. Longer formats, dinner dates and overnights are priced on request, and the price is confirmed in the chat before a booking is fixed. The booking as agreed in the chat is the booking that applies.
Sec. 04
Respectful conduct
We expect courteous, respectful behaviour at all times. A companion may end a booking immediately if she feels unsafe, disrespected or pressured, or if a client is heavily intoxicated. The standard works both ways: our companions arrive on time, well presented and ready to be good company.
Sec. 05
Changes and cancellations
Cancellations and changes are handled on WhatsApp. Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change, so that your companion does not set off for nothing. Where her schedule allows, we will always try to move the booking to a time that suits you.
Sec. 06
Location
Bookings take place at hotels or private addresses provided by the client. The client is responsible for giving an accurate address and making sure the companion can reach it. We may decline a booking at a location that appears unsafe or unsuitable.

Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the one that applies to any booking arranged after it was published.
