Privacy Policy: What We Keep Off the Board
Discretion is part of the game plan, and this policy explains exactly what that means for your information. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we use it only to arrange your booking, and we never sell or share it.

Contact through WhatsApp or Telegram
We accept contact through WhatsApp, or Telegram if you prefer. The website has no contact form, no account system and no newsletter sign-up. Whichever app you message us on handles those messages under its own privacy policy; on our side we see only what you choose to share, such as a first name, the hotel or address for the booking and your preferred time. If a deposit is paid, the payer name and reference that arrive with it are visible to us too, and we use them only to match the deposit to your booking.

No client database
We do not build or keep a client database, we do not create client profiles, we do not add anyone to marketing lists and we never pass your details to third parties. Two things do stay with us: the chat in which you accepted the booking with its deposit and cancellation terms, and the record of the deposit payment if one was made. We hold them while the booking, its cancellation charge or credit, any dispute and our bookkeeping obligations still need them, and delete them after that. ID copies are never kept here. You can delete the chat on your side at any time, and once that retention period has run you may ask us to delete our side too.

Cookies
This website does not set tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not follow your visit across other websites, and we do not build a picture of your browsing habits.

Fonts on our own server
The typefaces on this site are served from our own server, in the same delivery as the page. When a page loads, your browser collects the font files from us and asks no outside font provider for anything, so no other company receives your IP address or browser details because of the type on screen.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected and to have it erased. Because we keep so little, the answer is usually very short. Send your request through WhatsApp and we will respond promptly.
