Booking with us takes less effort than ordering room service. There is no form, no account and no call centre, just a WhatsApp conversation with a real person who knows the lineup and tonight's schedule.

Send the essentials
Message us with her name, your hotel or address, the start time you want and roughly how long you would like her company. The more complete that first message, the faster the reply.
Agree the details
We check her availability, confirm the arrival window and agree the format, the total and any deposit in the chat. Nothing is fixed until you say yes. Say it, and once any deposit asked for has landed, the fixture is final: the slot is yours, calling it off is charged by the windows in our terms, and a deposit stays put, set against the charge or parked as a 12-month credit, never returned as money.

Notice: how far ahead to message
For hotels and addresses in our four home districts, an hour ahead is normally enough; the areas page shows which ones count as home ground. For Schiphol and the away cities such as Utrecht, message earlier. Your companion has a journey to make, and we would rather confirm a realistic time than a hopeful one. Planning for later in the week works just as well, so send the details whenever you know them.

What makes a booking smooth
Accurate details win the game. A full hotel name and street, or a private address with the house number, saves minutes on arrival. If your hotel asks visitors to be collected in the lobby, tell us, and she will message from downstairs. Mention anything else that shapes the evening too, such as a dinner reservation, a dress code for an event or a preference for low-key clothing.

Changes and cancellations
Plans shift. Flights land late and meetings overrun. Message us in the same WhatsApp chat the moment you know. One switch of the date or the time can be arranged, Sanne's call, provided you ask before she has left and her diary has room; the deposit and the terms move with it to the new slot. If no new slot can be found, the original fixture stands, because a confirmed booking is final and cancelling always carries a charge.
The charges in short. A short fixture of one to three hours: call it off more than 48 hours before kick-off and any deposit turns into a 12-month credit; with 48 to 24 hours left on the clock, half the agreed fee; inside 24 hours, all of it. The long formats (overnight, dinner date, duo, couples, extended or travel) play on 7 days and 72 hours, same three tiers. A no-show is charged in full, and a deposit is never paid back after a cancellation: it is set against the charge or parked as credit. Sec. 05
Conduct on the night
Every booking is companionship between adults, and every companion is 21 or older. Respect is the house rule on both sides: be courteous, be at the address and reachable on your number at the agreed time, and keep to what was agreed. If nobody answers within 30 minutes of kick-off, or she is turned away at the door, it is a no-show and the full fee is due.
